André Lutereau

Here's a picture of my musical hero André Lutereau. It comes from the back of another Lucien Lavoute LP, called Grand Angle Volume 1, that came out on Epervier. Epervier is a French library (production music) label. Despite the consistent quality of their output it seems relatively unknown in library connoisseurs' circles.
From the information I've gathered so far (mainly from liner notes on the albums) Epervier was run by Lutereau. Claude Thomain receives credit as Lutereau's assistent on the Grand Angle LP and he also has a couple of releases to his name (but I haven't heard any). A. Butet is the sound engineer.
I find this picture of Lutereau very telling. He looks thin and worn out from too much coffee and smokes as a veteran of the French studio system (note he's holding a cigarette). But what music!
If you know anything more about this company or the person of Lutereau I'd REALLY appreciate if you'd get in touch!
