Susumu Arima and His Misty Sounds

Susumu Arima and His Misty Sounds : The Dock Of The Bay - New Created Sounds
JVC : CD-4B-5002E (Japan, 1972)

NOTE: THIS ALBUM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE AS A DOWNLOAD

A few weeks ago - 21 of August to be exact - Bob Moog passed away.
Chances are you heard about it - his passing got a lot of (much deserved) media attention.

As a tribute to the good Doc I'm sharing this Japanese LP from 1972. A most enjoyable album incorporating early synth sounds (along with organ and other "real" instruments)...

Tracks:
Sittin' On The Dock Of The Bay
The Look Of Love
I'll Never Fall In Love Again
Hey Jude
Day By Day
Up Up And Away
Sunny
Wave
Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head
Watch What Happens

Hehehe

I've always felt ambivalent about moog albums, myself... but somehow I keep returning to them... sort of addictive without knowing why...
